January 28th - What a fantastic weekend as over one hundred students participated in Kwan Jang Nim Cariati’s pattern seminar. The weekend commenced with a 3 hour Instructor's session on Friday night followed by the main event all day Saturday. Kwan Jang Nim’s vast experience provided students with answers to all the not fully understood techniques, especially those areas that were never recorded by the founder.

Thank you Kwan Jang Nim Cariati, as always we’re moving forward.

January 8th - From Kwan Jang Nim Cariati (2011 reflection):

Dear ICTF Members,

I would like to thank everyone on behalf of the executive committee members for all your support and for your loyalty to the ICTF .  I am proud to report that 2011 has been a very good year and our membership has increased by 50%. I look forward to see what 2012 will bring.

I personally had the opportunity to travel to many countries to do seminars and most important to meet with our members and share many great ideas which have added to our growth and success.

I would like to add that the ICTF in Canada is presently the largest group in Taekwon-Do and to think when we started this federation we were a very small group. At this time I would like to thank all the ICTF Canada members for all their help and contributions. I especially would like to extend a thanks to Master Stanley for always coming up with new ideas and strategies to help our members. Your dedication is greatly appreciated by all.

I would like to extend warm wishes for the upcoming Holiday and Health and prosperity in the new year! I look forward to another successful and exciting year.

Kwan Jang Nim Cariati, VIII Dan
ICTF President
